Kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata) is one of the wild plants found that difficult to eradicate because it has a high defense, so this considered weed plant detrimental farmers and planters. However, kirinyuh potential be developed as an antibacterial. One natural ingredients show pharmacological effects flavonoids. This study aims determine antibacterial activity, effective concentration extract in inhibiting growth Enterobacter sakazakii, Salmonellla typi, Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. To get used extraction method by maceration immersion using 96% ethanol solvent. The was 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%.
